Mike Sandoval, our Director of Engineering and Distribution, was a guest judge at the Sanger High School Engineering Design Challenge. Local area Junior High and High School students competed in 30 teams to design a family game night table, including brainstorming and sketching concepts Day 1, then drawing up their concepts in Cad Day 2. "The experience was fun, and watching the students put together their presentations was interesting to see their thinking processes," Mike shared. "These kinds of programs are great, putting students in a real-world scenario to present to a panel of working professionals. While it can be intimidating, it really helps develop our young engineers of tomorrow."
