Larry Hermansen
Title: President & CEO

Larry joined ILoveToCreate in 2015 as President & COO. He is a senior executive with more than 30 years of creative consumer products experience, specializing in fast-growth environments built organically and through acquisition. He is a results-focused leader, driving sales, profitability and shareholder value. Larry has an entrepreneurial spirit and is deeply passionate and connected to the products, team members, customers, and end-consumer experience.   

Larry has a successful track record of profitability, growing family and private-equity-owned companies, as well as leading the company and its executive team through the sale process. Before joining the ILoveToCreate team, Larry was instrumental in creating the world’s largest craft and DIY company at Wilton Brands. 

Todd Rose
Title: Vice President of Finance & CFO

Mike Sandoval
Title: Vice President of Operations

Mike joined the team in 2010 and is currently responsible for all Operation activities at the company, including Manufacturing, Production Control, Compliance, QC, Forecasting, Planning, Inventory Management, Engineering, Distribution, Purchasing and the China sourcing /QC. Prior to his time at Paisley, Mike worked for more than 15 years in the Medical Device industry managing domestic and international manufacturing. He also managed a facility for one of the largest automotive manufactures in the US for 5 years. He has held General Manager and Director-level responsibilities, and has successfully carried out International Operations, Manufacturing OEM products Domestically and throughout Mexico and Asia.

Josh Wolverton
Title: Vice President of Product Development & Marketing

Josh Wolverton joined the ILoveToCreate team in 2006 as a leader in the Craft Product Development department. He brings more than 15 years of experience with marketing, brand and product development to the organization, as well as a deep understanding of the creative consumer, the DIY industry and all facets of the retail landscape. Josh is driven by a passion for innovation and delivering a world-class consumer product experience. In 2014, he was acknowledged with the company’s prestigious President’s Award for his dedication and significant contribution to the organization’s growth. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development & Marketing for the Crafts division.

Before his time at ILoveToCreate, Josh worked for Fastenal in new business development, and OK Produce, buying and selling for well-known brands such as Fresh Express Salads, Dole and Champion Raisins. Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno, with a BS in Business Administration. 

Toni Botelho
Title: Vice President of Sales

Toni joined the ILoveToCreate team in 1996 as a Sales Coordinator, and has worked with most of the company’s Craft customers over the last 24 years. During her tenure at ILoveToCreate, she has managed and grown the Walmart business from $11.4M in 2008 to $33M in 2020. Toni has also led the E-commerce team to grow sales from $2.3M in 2016 to $14.6M in 2020.

Toni has been a key contributor to several company acquisitions over her years of service, including Polymerics, Rainbow Rock and Aleene’s. She was also recognized as a team member of distinction in 2007 when she was honored with the ILoveToCreate President’s Award for her contributions towards growing the business.

Amber Aikens
Title: Vice President of Human Resources

Amber joined ILoveToCreate in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist. Amber’s passion is to develop a culture of highly motivated individuals that will drive ILoveToCreate into the future. She believes there is nothing more important than being a strong partner to both the company and her team members and helping to set the organization and its team up for success. She listens to her team and takes great pride in being a voice of the people. Throughout her career with ILoveToCreate, Amber has been in charge of recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefit plan administration and creation, worker’s compensation, employee engagement, strategic growth initiatives, state and federal compliance, safety, handbook and policy creation, and more. She has advanced through many positions within the Human Resources department and currently leads the Human Resources team. 

Amber holds her PHR certification from HRCI and is a National SHRM member. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno, with a BS in Criminology and an emphasis in Victimology. Prior to joining ILoveToCreate, she spent 5 years in restaurant and retail management where she specialized in being the onsite Human Resources support within both companies’ leadership teams.
